Help Me Please!

For those of you who know, I live for the ten days of glamour, glitz, glory, and kitch of the of the great New York State Fair. Most important to me is the ability to move about and observe, and then cast my visions, thoughts, and observations into a written mosaic of life of a Fair Rat.

I need help. Someone has to know someone who knows someone who can help me find a job at the Fair. It would be a very special job and would not even have to pay any salary. But, the job has to make available to me a private place to sleep and store my stuff and a place from which to write. From my previous writings, you know it matters not if I am picking up garbage, sleeping with the sheep, or collecting petitions. What I need is mobility and freedom.

Among those jobs that quickly come to mind would be THE OFFICIAL NEW YORK STATE FAIR BLOGGER … or lead the daily parade … but alas, my knee pads haven’t been broken in yet … so I hold out no hope for that position. I can work security and keep an eye on your stuff or your employees; daytime or overnight. I can drive around and make deliveries, do set ups, or any other menial job.

The job doesn’t matter. All that matters is once my feet touch the fairgrounds, they don’t touch the real world again until the Fair ends.

Can you help me? Please do not make me go home at the end of each day.
